How Do You Think About Yourself?

How Do You Think About Yourself?

Do you have good self-esteem? Do you have good self-confidence? Do you have a good self image?

If you answered no to any of those questions, then why? Have you really thought about the why? Is it because of facts that you truly believe about yourself or is it because of negative thinking which someone pushed on you at some point?

LOVE YOURSELF

How can anyone else love you if you don’t even love yourself? Here’s the thing: You are not only the only you but you are also the best you. No one can be you any better. True? Be happy and proud to be you!

I wrote another article early on called No One Owes You Anything. I think it goes nicely with this subject. It is a bit long but if when you have a moment, please click the link and read.

Love Yourself

Like any other time you decide to make a change in your life, you have to decide to do it every day until it becomes habit. Decide to love yourself every morning when you wake up.

hourglass figure

I am a big woman. I try to be healthy and am still working on that. The thing is, I am happy with who I am and what I look like. I am beautiful. Are there women out there who are more beautiful than me? Of course. There are probably men out there who are more beautiful than me.

That doesn’t change the fact that I am beautiful. Stop trying to compare yourself to other people. Like I said at the beginning of this page, you are the best you that there is!

  1. Great article on having a healthy self esteem! I totally agree with you here Angela, it’s the number one thing that all women should spend some time on doing. I’ve found that taking the time to focus on what goals you have and what you can do about things is far better than focusing on any so-called ‘problems’.

There’s always some positive steps you can take if there’s something you don’t like about yourself. Take the time to try and better yourself and you can really quickly start to feel a lot better about being in control and start loving yourself again!

    • Hi Jolie,
I agree completely. It all starts with loving and taking care of yourself. It is better to not focus so much on the problems around us. You have to focus on what is good and positive in your life. When you feel good on the inside, it’s easier to tackle those problems.
      Angela
