It is about how you attract to your life whatever you give your attention, energy, and focus to, whether it be positive or negative. But perhaps this is a new idea for you. Maybe you are wondering what is the law of attraction and how to use it?
Best Way to Use the Law of Attraction
What is it? The law of attraction is the name given to the term that “like attracts like” and that by focusing on positive or negative thoughts, one can bring about positive or negative results. This is a belief based on the idea that people and their thoughts are both made from “pure energy”, and the belief that like energy attracts like energy.
Sounds simple, doesn’t it? Well, it takes a little bit of work and practice to get it down. Just like any habit you want to form, you will have to work at it every day until it becomes automatic. It takes 21 day to form a habit.
You will need to focus in on and get in tune with your feelings. Learn to recognize those negative thoughts. Keeping a journal is a useful way to help you with this. Call it a thought journal.

How Do You Use the Law of Attraction
By focusing on the way you want to feel, you can harness the law of attraction. Like attracts like. When you are feeling good, you attract more experiences that are good. When you are feeling bad, you attract more experiences that are bad.
If you have something in mind that you want to happen, you can make it so by focusing on that feeling you would feel if it had already happened. How would you feel right now if you already had what you want? How would you feel right now if what you want to happen had already happened and you were living life from the position of already having what you want?

Now you know how you want to feel, focus on that feeling you have discovered and also on the experience you are trying to create. By doing this, your want will be fulfilled because of the law of attraction. You are constantly attracting experiences into your life that match the way you feel. When you feel as if you already have what you want, your point of attraction is set at the position of already having what you want and what you want must come racing into your life experience as a result.
In order to find the feelings you would have if you already had what you want right now, imagine and focus in on the experience of having what you want right now. When you do this, the feeling you would be feeling if you already had what you want right now will be triggered inside you.
Now, here’s the kicker. You need to figure out how to make yourself feel like that all the time. This is why I said in the beginning it will take some work and practice. You can start out small. Maybe have a little ritual each morning. For me, I use meditation. Relaxing and focusing on what I want to manifest in my life.
Now this has been a very brief overview of what the law of attraction is all about. It is far much more in depth than these few words here. I highly recommend you do some self study on the subject. Make things happen in your life.
