But perhaps this is a new idea for you. Maybe you are wondering what is the law of attraction and how to use it?

Best Way to Use the Law of Attraction

ask believe receiveWhat is it? The law of attraction is the name given to the term that “like attracts like” and that by focusing on positive or negative thoughts, one can bring about positive or negative results. This is a belief based on the idea that people and their thoughts are both made from “pure energy”, and the belief that like energy attracts like energy.

Sounds simple, doesn’t it? Well, it takes a little bit of work and practice to get it down. Just like any habit you want to form, you will have to work at it every day until it becomes automatic. It takes 21 day to form a habit.

You will need to focus in on and get in tune with your feelings. Learn to recognize those negative thoughts. Keeping a journal is a useful way to help you with this. Call it a thought journal.

Here is a list of types of law of attraction pdf:

Thought Log
Challenging Negative Thoughts
Range of Emotions
Personal Development Worksheet

You can use these or use them as a guide for your own journal of what to write.

How Do You Use the Law of Attraction

what you feel you will attractBy focusing on the way you want to feel, you can harness the law of attraction. Like attracts like. When you are feeling good, you attract more experiences that are good. When you are feeling bad, you attract more experiences that are bad.

If you have something in mind that you want to happen, you can make it so by focusing on that feeling you would feel if it had already happened. How would you feel right now if you already had what you want? How would you feel right now if what you want to happen had already happened and you were living life from the position of already having what you want?

[easyazon_block add_to_cart=”default” align=”center” asin=”0446199737″ cloaking=”default” layout=”top” localization=”default” locale=”US” nofollow=”default” new_window=”default” tag=”momofsinmom-20″]Law of Attraction: The Science of Attracting More of What You Want and Less of What You Don’t[/easyazon_block]

Now you know how you want to feel, focus on that feeling you have discovered and also on the experience you are trying to create. By doing this, your want will be fulfilled because of the law of attraction. You are constantly attracting experiences into your life that match the way you feel. When you feel as if you already have what you want, your point of attraction is set at the position of already having what you want and what you want must come racing into your life experience as a result.

manifestationsIn order to find the feelings you would have if you already had what you want right now, imagine and focus in on the experience of having what you want right now. When you do this, the feeling you would be feeling if you already had what you want right now will be triggered inside you.

Now, here’s the kicker. You need to figure out how to make yourself feel like that all the time. This is why I said in the beginning it will take some work and practice. You can start out small. Maybe have a little ritual each morning. For me, I use meditation. Relaxing and focusing on what I want to manifest in my life.

Now this has been a very brief overview of what the law of attraction is all about. It is far much more in depth than these few words here. I highly recommend you do some self study on the subject. Make things happen in your life.

Here is a great resource offering free eBooks on the subject.

  1. Hi, Angela

I am a massive fan when it comes to the Law Of Attraction because I have put it to use and it does work! But I have found that it only works if we take action at the same time 🙂 My online business is building steadily and great things are coming my way. Thanks for an awesome post here. Neil

    1. Hi Neil,
I agree LOA only goes so far. You have to know when to take action and when to not. The main thing is to keep an open mind and watch for any doors that might open. I am doing things now I never thought I would be doing.

  2. I used to think the law of attraction was a little too much of wishful thinking and a bit too ‘new age’ for my liking! I’ve since changed my mind though, there is some truth to this ‘law’ if that’s what you want to call it. A simple thing like focus can play such a massive part in attracting what you want into your life – takes a lot of practice though!

  3. Interesting article, I stumbled upon the Law of Attraction in a business webinar on YouTube. It gave a fascinating insight into successful business people who apply this law to their work. Glad I stumble upon this article today – very informative

  4. hi Angela
Wonderful article on the law of attraction. I truly believe that we attract certain things in our life with the energy we put out. I used to invite in pain and hurt but no more. My attitude and just the way I am and what I project has changed significantly. I attract more positivity. I follow the principles of Native American spirituality. And it has helped me so much to do so. It brings me peace and just a general sense of calm. And thus I also attract the same

  5. Hi Angela,

  6. I’m absolutely fascinated by this stuff. I think that this factors massively into every sphere of life, from our own time management and how much time we’ll willingly put into something, to our attraction to the opposite sex. Great job of putting this together!
